Despite our efforts to maintain an appropriately high level of due diligence, it cannot be ruled out that information disclosed by The Pottery over the Internet may be viewed and used by other persons. Please note that The Pottery assumes no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission not caused by The Pottery and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g., hacking of an email account or telephone).
The Pottery endeavours to ensure that data breaches are detected early and, where appropriate, reported immediately to the customer or the relevant supervisory authority, including the relevant data categories affected.
